Answers to the most common questions about UMRABOR.

FAQ

1
How does UMRABOR work?
+
UMRABOR is an Umrah booking platform available on the website, the Click Mini App and the mobile app. You pick a package, enter pilgrim details, choose a flight and accommodation, and pay online via Click. All tour operators are licensed.
2
How do I book a package?
+
Four steps: 1) pick a package in "Packages"; 2) add the pilgrims; 3) choose the departure date and room type; 4) pay online. Your order is then sent to the operator.
3
How is the payment processed?
+
All payments are securely processed via Click — no other payment method is available. Pay from your Click balance or a linked card. Once the payment is confirmed, the order status updates automatically.
4
How long do I have to pay?
+
Once the order is placed, seats are held for you for 15 minutes. If payment is not completed, the seats are released and you need to start the order again.
5
Where do I get the payment receipt?
+
Once payment is confirmed, an official fiscal receipt (QR) is issued. The receipt and order ID come from Click — you can find them in your Click history.
6
What do the order statuses mean?
+
New — paid, under operator review. In progress — the operator is working on it. Accepted — confirmed, vouchers ready. Completed — the trip is over. Cancelled — the order is cancelled and the payment refunded. Operators usually respond within 1-3 days.
7
Will I get a refund if the order is cancelled?
+
To cancel, contact the tour operator in chat or reach out to support. If the order is cancelled, the payment is refunded via Click (usually 3-5 business days). Refund terms depend on the operator and the departure date.
8
When is the voucher ready?
+
After payment, the order is reviewed by the operator (1-3 days). Once confirmed, a separate voucher is generated for each pilgrim in PDF. Download them under "My orders".
9
No foreign passport — what should I do?
+
A valid foreign passport (at least 6 months validity) is required for Umrah. Obtaining it is your responsibility. Until it is ready, you can add the pilgrim using their ID card details.
10
Who arranges the visa?
+
The Umrah visa is arranged by the tour operator and is included in the package price. If there is a document issue, the operator will contact you via chat or phone.
11
What is mahram and why is it needed?
+
Mahram — a male relative (husband, father, brother, son, etc.). The system assigns rooms based on mahram ties: family together, strangers apart. A woman without a mahram can still book — she is offered a female-only room or an SGL.
12
What room types are available?
+
SGL — 1 person, DBL — 2, TRPL — 3, QUAD — 4. After you add pilgrims the system shows the matching options and each price. The more beds in a room, the lower the price per person.
13
Why can the price change?
+
The catalog price is a "from ..." figure. The final price depends on the departure date, room type and hotel. The exact amount is shown before payment — no hidden fees.
14
What is an Umrah gift certificate?
+
You can gift an Umrah trip: choose the package tier and travel month, then pay for the certificate online. The certificate is issued as a PDF — give it as a gift and the recipient activates it later.
15
Why is an extra payment requested for a certificate?
+
A certificate represents a prepaid amount. When the operator converts it into a specific booking, the final price (date, room type) may exceed it — the difference is paid on top.
16
How do I contact the operator or support?
+
The "Chat" button on the order page connects you directly with the tour operator. For general questions, use the "Support" chat in your profile — we will reply.
17
How do I sign in to the site?
+
Enter your phone number and you will receive a 6-digit code by SMS. If it does not arrive: check the number and resend after 60 seconds. Too many attempts are temporarily blocked.
18
How do I become a tour operator partner?
+
Fill in the "Become a partner" form on the site: company details and licence. We review the documents and contact you. Once approved, you can publish your packages.
